Renamed "path" attribute to "file"

The <include> pattern used in a <configuration> pattern can have a "path" attribute with the path to a file that will be parsed and executed to configure logback.
This attribute can be set with a property.

Modified the test of returning TurboFilter decision

Fixed a bug

We now construct the Object array to place the arguments of the parametrized logging only when the TurboFilters have been called.
This makes the cost of not logging less expensive of about 20 nanos per request.
The isDebugEnabled methods (and related isXXXEnabled() ) now call the TurboFilters before returning their result.

PropertySetter manages FilterReply enums.
Test case now tests two things: the precise FilterReply case, and a generic enum case.
