Modified table styles to ease read when doc is printed
Modified site.vm to create XHTML Strict pages and link css stylesheets correctly

- Added suffix pattern matching to SimpleRuleStore. We can now do pattern matching

- Tested Joran's newly introduced reconfigure capability.

stops accessing Interpreter directly and always goes through a Configurator which 
goes about its business of configuring in two steps, a event registration step and a replay
(and interpret) step.

- joran now registers sax events and perform configration by replaying them
- fixed bug related to element text (see bug #12). If the element body contained
  entities joran would not return the complete text part only parts of it.
- JoranConfigurator.doConfigure throws a JoranException. This changes has pros and 
  cons. On the plus side, it is a little for robust.
