I took the simple route and handled only the case that applies immediately to the issue mentioned in the bug.  I made no attempt to handle literal single quotes as thas would complicate the parsing needlessly.

Implementation of the proposal in the first comment of that issue: defer reading the MDC until as late as possible

The example was already correct.

  1) moved SizeAndTimeBasedFNATP_Test.java to SizeAndTimeBasedFNATP_STest.scala
  2) made sure that SizeAndTimeBased rolling creates the correct zip entry for zip files

- attempting to make pom.xml files be compatible with Scala IDE
