DBAppenderIntegrationTest now run on 'haro'.

- Fixed LBCORE-126 by lowercasing the EVENT_ID column name in
prepared statements for PostgreSQL.

- corrected a few compiler warnings for "raw types"

- updated to PostgreSQL JDBC driver to 8.4-701.jdbc4
