Minor addition to team.xml

Now mentionning the availability of AbstractMatcherFilter in the "implement your own filter" section of filter.xml

There is now an intermediate class under Filter to provide onMatch and onMismatch options.

It returns the ACCEPT value for events whose level is equal or greater to the user provided level, and DENY otherwise.

On Unix the separator for variables is ':' not ';'
