- joran now registers sax events and perform configration by replaying them
- fixed bug related to element text (see bug #12). If the element body contained
  entities joran would not return the complete text part only parts of it.
- JoranConfigurator.doConfigure throws a JoranException. This changes has pros and 
  cons. On the plus side, it is a little for robust.

Added an errorCount in ThrowableInformationConverter.java to that it does not flood the status manager is case of
errors in the expression evaluation

- added HTMLLayout + examples with Evaluators to layouts.xml
- added a faq.fml file with a first questions about jetty
