Added an option to the SocketAppender to call the getCallerData method on logging events before serializing them so that
the caller data is available on the remote machine.
Minor fix to SimpleSocketServer.java

This allows any event to decide the way it should look and any component to use the
same layout for that purpose.

Fixed bug #27.

- added capability of setting collections of simple properties in PropertySetter and Joran
- small bug fix in Pattern class (a trailing / in the pattern string would cause the addition of an extra 
component with an empty string)

In BasicJoranTest, the method testTurboFilterWithStringList fails because Joran doesn't add correctly
users to the userList. Watch bug #27 for more info.
