Remove 'en' from the l10n-m-p list of locales. Because 'en' is the default locale we should not add it to the l10n report. All other locales are compared against the default locale.
If 'en' is included in the list it will show up in the report, not as the default locale but rather as the specific "dummy" locale that Robert added in r16075. That will only show errors for every key.
